Octoberfest

Arrangements have been made for PTBB to sell our fundraising ticket during Oktoberfest in the Southside.  This is a great opportunity.  Oktoberfest is a very popular event that draws a huge crowd.  Workers are need for:

Friday, September 17th -     4 workers for 5 -8 pm

Saturday, September 18th - 4 workers from 12 - 2 pm

                                                 4 workers from   2 - 4 pm

                                                 4 workers from   4- 6 pm

                                                 4 workers from   6 - 8 pm

 Friday, September 24th -     4 workers for 5 -8 pm

Saturday, September 25th - 4 workers from 12 - 2 pm

                                                 4 workers from   2 - 4 pm

                                                 4 workers from   4- 6 pm

                                                 4 workers from   6 - 8 pm

Please note the following:

* Due to the environment of Oktoberfest, the boys will need to leave the area by 8pm. 

* Boys under age 16 must attend with a parent. 

* All workers should wear PT attire. 

* Parking is in the garages in the Southside. The festivities will be in the parking lot
  behind REI in the Southside Works. 

* No more than 4 boys per shift  Slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.   

If you are unable to attend the event, you could contribute by creating large signs or posters that we will need to display.  More information will be provided to those who volunteer to help make signs.
